Who I am
I am Tailored Swing, an EGTF golf coach. I decide how your personal details are used. Tailored Swing, 27 Alsa Brook Meadow, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6RY. Email acebase69@hotmail.com. Telephone 07942638163.
What I collect
Only what you choose to give me: your name, email or phone number, handicap, age range, which hand you play with, any physical limitations, your shot shapes and swing faults, any notes, and any swing video you decide to share. Please only share health related details, such as limitations, if you are comfortable doing so.
How the enquiry form works
When you press Send by email or Send on WhatsApp, the form opens your own email or WhatsApp app with your details filled in. Nothing reaches me until you press send there. Videos are attached by you.
Why I use it, and my lawful basis
- To reply to you and arrange coaching or vouchers, because you asked me to (taking steps at your request).
- To tailor your coaching to your game and any limitations, based on your consent for health related details.
- To keep simple records of lessons given, in my legitimate interests of running my coaching business.
Who sees it
I do not sell your details or use them for advertising. They pass through the email, WhatsApp and phone services you choose to contact me with, and the hosting provider that serves this website.
How long I keep it
Only as long as needed to respond to you and to coach you. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your details, object to their use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email me and I will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
